This project has a lively SVN repository for build recipes, over 1000 F/OSS softwares are available. The tool 'pkgbuild' is for building packages on Solaris 11/OpenIndiana from RPM-like spec files. The tool also runs on OmniOS. If you want, you can create new style IPS. Download SnailSVN: SVN for Finder for macOS 10.10 or later and enjoy it on your Mac. SnailSVN is a TortoiseSVN-like Apache Subversion (SVN) client, implemented as a Finder extension. SnailSVN allows you to access the most frequently used SVN features, from the Finder context menu directly. The default SVN install on Mac OS X uses neon. Neon allows you to connect to remote SVN repositories via HTTP and HTTPS. Lines 2-6 installs neon. Line 8 builds SVN using the –with-neon configuration flag.

-When this hangs in the middle of installation, cancel with control-c and re-run the preceding step. If Homebrew gives you cleanup instructions, follow them.
-The second execution of the aforementioned install should succeed.
-Create a symlink to make JavaHL visible to Java (this will allow the Subclipse Eclipse plugin to find it): sudo ln -s /usr/local/lib/libsvnjavahl-1.dylib /Library/Java/Extensions
-Now the new svn installed by homebrew should be at /usr/local/Cellar/subversion/1.7.7/bin/svn with a symlink already pointing to this at /usr/local/bin/svn. Make sure /user/local/bin/svn is before all other SVNs in your shell's path and you should be using this preferred Subversion that actually works with the emoryoit repository.

Descriptions[edit]
TortoiseSVN, a Windows shell extension, gives feedback on the state of versioned items by adding overlays to the icons in the Windows Explorer. Repository commands can be executed from the enhanced context menu provided by Tortoise.
Cornerstone is a GUI for Subversion written with Xcode for MacOS X.
SmartSVN provides a similar Explorer integration, but also can be used as a standalone SVN client for different platforms. SmartSVN is available in three different editions: A free Foundation edition with fewer features and two commercial editions called Professional and Enterprise with the full feature set.
Some programmers prefer to have a client integrated within their development environment. Such environments may provide visual feedback of the state of versioned items and add repository commands to the menus of the development environment. Examples of this approach include AnkhSVN, and VisualSVN for use with Microsoft Visual Studio, and Subversive[1][2]for use with Eclipse. Delphi XE Subversion integration is built into the Delphi IDE.
It is common to expose Subversion via Webdav using the Apache web server. In this case, any Webdav client can be used, but the functionality provided this way may be limited. Alternative ways to serve Subversion include uberSVN and VisualSVN Server.
